No. Themes, Site Templates and Page Layouts are downloaded from the Store on demand.
What happens when a module has dependencies?
Required dependencies are installed first. Optional integrations are shown as recommendations, while declared conflicts block unsafe combinations.
What is the difference between a Theme and a Site Template?
A Theme controls appearance. A Site Template is a complete editable starter website containing pages, navigation, content and a matching Theme dependency.
