Terms of Service

Effective: October 3, 2026

These Terms govern access to DivisionDesk websites, hosted services, Website Auditor, Webmaster Tools, software downloads, accounts, licenses, subscriptions, credits, and related services. By using a DivisionDesk service, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and applicable policies.

Eligibility and authority

Users must provide accurate information and must have authority to act for any organization, website, domain, account, or system they submit to DivisionDesk. A user must not use DivisionDesk to test or access systems when doing so would violate law, contract, authorization, or another person's rights.

Accounts and security

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials, API keys, license keys, and access tokens and for activity performed through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

Software licenses and entitlements

DivisionDesk software and packages are provided under the license and entitlement terms associated with the applicable purchase, subscription, trial, or included product. Access to a download does not transfer ownership of DivisionDesk intellectual property. Users may not bypass license or entitlement controls.

Credits, subscriptions, and usage

Some services consume credits or are subject to plan limits. Credit costs may vary by workload. DivisionDesk may reserve estimated credits before a job and settle actual metered use when processing completes. Failed or retried work may be handled according to the applicable service rules. Subscription benefits apply while the subscription is active and may change on renewal, cancellation, nonpayment, or expiration.

Website Auditor and automated tools

Users authorize DivisionDesk to make the network requests reasonably necessary to perform requested audits or tools against targets they submit. DivisionDesk may limit crawling, concurrency, file sizes, URLs, processing time, or other resource use to protect systems and third parties.

Results and recommendations

Audits, scores, diagnostics, suggested code, configuration examples, and remediation guidance are informational tools. They are not certifications or guarantees of search ranking, accessibility compliance, security, legal compliance, compatibility, uptime, or performance. Users should review recommendations before deploying changes and should test changes in an appropriate environment.

Third-party services

Features may interact with third-party products or services. DivisionDesk does not control third-party availability, terms, APIs, ranking systems, browsers, networks, or policy changes and is not responsible for representing that third-party behavior will remain unchanged.

Acceptable use

The User Policy / Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. DivisionDesk may restrict or suspend abusive, unauthorized, unsafe, or resource-disruptive use.

Service changes and availability

DivisionDesk may add, modify, deprecate, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Maintenance, failures, third-party dependencies, security events, and network conditions can affect availability. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, DivisionDesk does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Fees, taxes, refunds, and renewals

Prices, billing periods, included credits, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in the applicable order. Taxes may apply. Refund or reversal handling depends on the applicable purchase terms, payment status, product, and any written agreement.

Intellectual property and user content

DivisionDesk retains rights in its software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and service technology. Users retain rights they hold in content they submit, while granting DivisionDesk the limited permission necessary to process that content to provide and secure the requested service.

Suspension and termination

DivisionDesk may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, nonpayment, legal compliance, material policy violations, or protection of service resources. Where practical, account status and available recovery options will be communicated through the service.

Changes

DivisionDesk may update these Terms as services change. The current published version and effective date appear on this page. Questions may be directed to support@divisiondesk.com.
