Building Server-Compatible Modules

Server-compatible modules explicitly declare server or both runtime support, include server/module.php and register capabilities through the Server Module SDK rather than global application state. Administration pages, settings, jobs, Help topics, events and capabilities are module-scoped. See docs/SERVER-MODULE-SDK.md for the complete contract.
